What is the HUD?
HUD (Heads-Up Display) is Recrutador's desktop app that runs during the live interview. It listens to the conversation, transcribes in real time, suggests questions based on the evaluation plan, flags evidence, and challenges assumptions. All of this on the interviewer's screen, invisible to the candidate. Available for macOS, Linux, and Windows.
How does the HUD-guided interview work?
It's a semi-structured interview. The evaluation plan defines the same opening questions for every candidate for that role, so you compare apples to apples. From there, the HUD adapts in real time to each candidate's specific answers: it goes deeper when the answer is vague, challenges when it sounds rehearsed, suggests a different angle when it's thin. You always decide which suggestion to use; you're the one leading the conversation.
How does Recrutador score the answers?
Every answer is matched against the rubric criteria in real time. When the candidate produces concrete evidence (a story, a number, a name, a decision), the HUD captures and quotes it literally. The final score per criterion is built from the cited evidence, not impressions. That's what makes the report defensible: every score has the candidate's own words behind it.
Does the candidate see the HUD?
The HUD is invisible to the candidate; the Recrutador screen is exclusively for the interviewer. Better structured interviews benefit both sides: candidates get a better chance to show what they really know.
Do you integrate with Zoho, Gupy or SAP SuccessFactors?
Integrations are on the roadmap. Today, the workflow is via PDF export of the hiring memo or a public shareable link; your ATS remains the system of record. For larger teams, talk to sales to design the right integration.
Do I need to install anything?
The web platform works in your browser. For live interviews with the HUD, you download the desktop app (available for macOS, Linux, and Windows). The download is guided from within the app.
Which languages are supported?
Interface in Portuguese and English. Speech recognition and AI analysis work in both languages, including mixed-language interviews.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Full LGPD/GDPR alignment. Your data is never used to train AI models. HUD audio is processed and discarded; we don't store recordings. Servers in BR region.
